Make A Return

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we will happily accept a return for an exchange or full item refund.

Desouza fit are happy to accept returns on any garment that is received back in its original condition this means it must be unworn, undamaged, free of makeup, deodorant, perfume and have all original tags attached. No refunds will be honoured for items sent back not in their original condition. Unfortunately, once tags are removed items cannot be returned.

Please be mindful when trying on all items. 

Any items not eligible for a return or refund are clearly marked onsite.

Returned items must be received within 14-days of receipt for UK orders. 

please note shipping costs are not covered for any returns and we do recommend returning your items via a recorded service as we cannot be held responsible for any items that do not reach us.

If for any reason we cannot offer you a refund (i.e. missed deadline, item not in same condition as we sent) we will email you as soon as we receive your return.

 

Our return instructions are listed below and also on the returns sheet enclosed with your delivery. Please make ensure you mail your returns back to us within 14 days of receipt, anything received outside this date will be sent back to you.

 

If you have mis-placed your return sheet, please contact us at contact@desouzafit.co.uk and we will issue you with a new one.

 

Payments will be credited back to the original purchaser’s card. Returns for refund are processed within 7-10 working days of receiving the item.

 

Card refunds may take up to 10 business days for your bank to complete, depending on their processing time. This can vary between banks, so please speak to your bank for any more info regarding processing times as we are unable to amend this.

 

We will offer a refund on delivery charges if the item is faulty, you will also be credited for reposting the item back to us. Please beware it can take up to 28 days to resolve these issues.

 

 

How to make a return:

  1. Please be careful when trying on, handling and repackaging items. Any items returned must be received back in its original condition – this means it must be unworn, undamaged, free of makeup, pet hairs, deodorant, perfume and have all original tags attached.
  2. Please email us to state you are returning your item at contact@desouzafit.co.uk You must include your full name, order number, number of items and name of items you are returning.
  3. Please fill-in and include the returns form (found within your package) along with your returned item to enable us to identify you and process your return as quickly as possible.
